Robinson's has a long history of involvement in crop input services to Island growers. In the Spring of 1999, Robinson's merged its 33 year-old crop inputs business with the Agronomy Company of Canada to form PEI Agromart Ltd. PEI Agromart presently meets 15% of the fertilizer and crop input requirements for the 100,000 acres of potatoes and 170,000 acres of cereals grown annually in Prince Edward Island.
We feel it is important to continually visit growers to provide them with the finest combination of products and services to best meet their needs. Our year-round PEI Agromart team consists of Andrew Robinson, Stephen Dawson, Peter Northcott and Kevin Mann, with approximately 20 seasonal crew.

Our commitment to improving the performance of our
products and services is apparent in the testing we do.
The company conducts commercial-size pesticide evaluation
trials on its own crops. This way, we have first hand
experience with what works best in local conditions. As a
result, the advice we pass on to customers reflects more
than opinion, it's a researched fact. The
division's annual product list includes "The
Recommendation Cost Guide" to help growers assess
the best product to use in a given situation.
Our people care - about the land, how it's used
and the results growers get from it.
